The hotel had a good-sized room with a balcony, and it was incredibly beautiful, close to the Coliseum, and fairly clean.

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay especially in winter time. The units were newly renovated and reasonably large in good condition. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The location is perfect and nice and right by subway and other trains at Station Termini, the attractions and how to get there, and public transport. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Esquilino district.

The twin room we stayed in was modern and had a great view of the city, we didn't have any complaints about anything, we'd definitely recommend staying here to others.

To be completely honest, there was nothing that I liked about this hotel. From the moment we arrived late at night, we were greeted with a dodgy street with prostitutes around, even right in front of the hotel's entrance. The room itself was filthy and the noise from the street and corridor made it impossible to get any sleep. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, safety, and basic human decency.

We had a great stay at Charter! the location was perfect - just a few minutes' walk from the subway station and a short walk to the main part of town. the room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious shower and a TV. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 👌.
