The hotel had a good-sized room with a balcony, and it was incredibly beautiful, close to the Coliseum, and fairly clean.

Robert

Thank you very much for the pleasant stay especially in winter time. The units were newly renovated and reasonably large in good condition. The staff is excellent and very helpful. The location is perfect and nice and right by subway and other trains at Station Termini, the attractions and how to get there, and public transport. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Esquilino district.

The twin room we stayed in was modern and had a great view of the city, we didn't have any complaints about anything, we'd definitely recommend staying here to others.

John
The room was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and popular tourist spots. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help me during my stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options on the menu.

To be completely honest, there was nothing that I liked about this hotel. From the moment we arrived late at night, we were greeted with a dodgy street with prostitutes around, even right in front of the hotel's entrance. The room itself was filthy and the noise from the street and corridor made it impossible to get any sleep. Avoid this place if you value cleanliness, safety, and basic human decency.
Honestly, my experience at this hotel was far from pleasant. First of all, the cleanliness was downright abysmal.

Despite being small, the room had all the amenities I needed, like a safe box and free WiFi. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, which was important for my travel plans. I would recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly stay in a convenient location.
